General Cloudmane Starhoof is a wishful character in Neopian history, arriving
too late to help in the dispatching of Lord Kass. She waits until her military expertise is needed, and has
recently formed an army for the promotion of general welfare for Neopians. Finding that it is best to simply run a business
like others, she owns a Neopian military surplus store. Though she longs to fight in the next war, she knows it
may never happen in her time.
